Registration and Fees

Each user wishes to join the Services and/or to purchase or sell items or goods through the Services will have to pre-register through the Website which will require you to register through your Facebook (or other social network, if supported by the Services) account and if you are a buyer then also through your Paypal account. You hereby confirm that such personal accounts and your details provided therein are true and accurate details in the registration form. Any identifiable information retrieved by us through and/or following the registration process will be kept by us. Only after creating an account, you will be able to use the Services. We reserve the right to deny or refuse any registration form or to cancel any existing accounts.

By using, selling or purchasing through the Services, you hereby acknowledge that we will charge commission which will not exceed 8% of the purchase price paid by the buyer for purchasing items through the Services. It is hereby clarified that such commission shall not be refundable whether or not the specific transaction was eventually completed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

You hereby further agree that we are not responsible for shipment or delivery of any item or product purchased through the Services, even if you use delivery services recommended or published through our Services. You are hereby advised to agree and schedule with the seller the delivery method and timing.

The price per item offered to be sold through the Services shall not exceed US$1,000. The bids placed by sellers shall be not lower than US$10 per bid.
Services

Our Services allow you to use a platform of in-person auctions and transactions. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items offered, the truth or accuracy of the offering, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We do not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users, however, we reserve the right to monitor from time to time (without any obligation to monitor) the transactions, the auctions, the sellers and buyers and to restrict, disqualify or otherwise limit third parties whether registered to the Services or not on grounds of not meeting these Terms of Use or any other general code of conduct in our sole discretion. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. We are not responsible or liable for any content, for example, data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or third parties on the Website.

We allow users to use their social identities, but make no attempt to confirm, and do not confirm, any user's purported identity. You are responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others who you may contact by means of the Services. We do not investigate any user's reputation, conduct, morality, criminal background, or verify the information that any user submits to through Service. We encourage you to communicate directly through the tools available on the Services and to review profile pages for feedback from other users.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Services. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and other users of the Services and to take any other action in good faith to restrict access to or the availability of any material that we or another user of the Services may consider obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable.

You will not:
- Violate any laws, third party rights or our policies, such as the prohibited and restricted items policies;
- Use our sites, services, or tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools;
- If you are a buyer, fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you; payment should be done in a week since the transaction details are closed.
- If you are a seller, fail to deliver items purchased from you which should be identical to the items offered by you for sale;
- Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other users' listings; Pricing should be $10-$1,000, and solely determined on our platform.
- Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process, or fees owed to us;
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);
- Distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
- Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm, manipulate, extract unauthorized information from the Services, or the interests or property of users of the Services;
- Copy, modify, or distribute rights or content from the Services or our copyrights and trademarks; or
- Harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
The Services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended users. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

We have no obligation to post any content from you or anyone else. In addition, we may, in our sole and unfettered discretion, edit, remove or delete any content that you post or submit.

Logging into the Services may be available through third parties accounts in social networks because it may be a quick and easy way to get your items seen by your friends and other users of our Services. We do not grant you a license to use the information for any commercial use. Without express consent from that person, you must not add any of our user to your email or physical mailing list.
